Job summary
Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in Bullhead City, AZ is seeking a compassionate Recovery Support Specialist to help clients begin their pathway to recovery. The role focuses on mentoring individuals and families, coordinating with clinical teams, and linking clients to community resources within a residential program setting.
Responsibilities include supporting clinical staff, organizing activities, completing paperwork, and potentially covering evening/weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Provides mentoring and support to individuals and families.
- Assists designated clinical personnel with support activities.
- Transports clients and coordinates with clinical teams.
Responsibilities
- Provides mentoring/support to individuals/families in services in coordination with clinical services.
- Assist designated clinical personnel in completing specified support activities.
- Transports client as appropriate in SB&H vehicle.
- May be required to cover evening/weekend hours and be “on call” as required.
- Participates in at least weekly clinical overnight in accordance with ADHS requirements.
