Southwest Network, Inc. is seeking a peer support specialist to help adults with serious mental illness pursue recovery. You will work with clients to build skills, overcome barriers, and connect them to services in Maricopa County.

You will collaborate with clinical staff to reinforce goal setting and promote employment and meaningful community participation. Must have recovery experience and certified training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school or equivalency diploma.
• Must be a current or prior recipient of Maricopa County behavioral health services with a minimum of one (1) year in recovery.
• Peer support certificate required.
• Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certification.
• Must have and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Support clinical staff in identifying recovery-friendly program environments.
• Provide customer service and maintain relationships with members and families.
