Job summary

BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking Recovery Mentors to support clients in our outpatient and day treatment programs. You will provide recovery coaching, facilitate groups, and help with transportation and case management under supervision.

Applicants must have lived experience with Substance Use Disorder, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain CRM-I and PSS/THW certifications within six months. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have personal lived experience with Substance Use Disorder (SUD).
• Must have maintained continuous recovery for the previous 2 years at hire time.

Responsibilities

• Participates and provides recovery coaching to clients in BestCare programs.
• Provides client transportation when approved by supervisor.
• Attends sober support meetings and community activities with clients.
• Maintains case notes in the EHR within required timelines.
• Assists with referrals to resources and supports for clients.
