BestCare Treatment Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Recovery Mentor to support clients across Residential, Detox and Outpatient programs in Bend, Oregon. The CRM provides coaching, transportation, and referrals, while helping coordinate classes and groups.

Responsibilities include maintaining case notes, attending supervision, and assisting with transitions from detox to outpatient care. A current CRM certification and 2 years sobriety are required, along with a valid Oregon driver license

Qualifikationen

• Requires 2 years Sobriety with CRM provided by the company
• Familiarity with the substance-abusing population and people with disabilities

• Provides recovery coaching to clients via telephone, transportation, and in activities.
• Makes home visits on a limited basis and supervises sober housing as needed.
• Maintains case notes and attendance/reporting to supervisor.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings; maintains confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Assists with education, referrals, and group activities under supervision.
