Job summary

CC Straight & Narrow Programs seeks a Residential Life Associate to supervise clients in a structured treatment setting and Halfway house. You will conduct 30-minute safety rounds, monitor behaviors, and support daily routines aligned with treatment goals, working with clinical, medical, and administrative teams.

Role requires leadership for a safe, orderly environment; you will assist with housekeeping, escort clients, and ensure documentation is complete in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; GED acceptable with relevant experience.
• Experience or training in addictions/mental health preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to clients at all times.
• Maintain high visibility in client areas to provide structure and supervision.
• Document client behavior and rounds using EHR; ensure compliance with policies.
• Escort and monitor clients between units; transport for appointments as assigned.
• Maintain a safe, disciplined and caring therapeutic environment.
