Job summary

Crown Behavioral Health is seeking a Housing Technician to provide direct support and supervision for residents in housing-based treatment programs. You will help residents with daily routines, recovery support, and life skills while collaborating with clinical and operations staff to promote stability and accountability.

The role emphasizes maintaining a safe, structured environment, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance, with opportunities to engage in case management coordination and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in behavioral health or related human services preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents to maintain safety and a therapeutic environment.
• Conduct check-ins, room inspections, and safety rounds as needed.
• Assist with admissions, orientations, room assignments, and discharges.
• Monitor attendance at programs, appointments, and recovery meetings.
• Support daily living skills and transportation as needed.
• Document shift notes and observations accurately and timely.
• Assist in crisis intervention and maintain resident dignity.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across housing environment.
