Job summary

IBH Addiction Recovery in Coventry Twp, Ohio seeks a compassionate Residential Supervisor to support clients in recovery and uphold house values. You will provide direct care, enforce rules, supervise activities, and ensure a safe, respectful living environment.

Responsibilities include reporting, coordinating with the House Manager, assisting in problem resolution, monitoring medication, and fostering dignity, community, stewardship, and spirituality within the home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDCA certification required or actively pursuing.
• One+ year sobriety and understanding of recovery principles.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Microsoft Office (Word/Outlook) familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Implements and enforces house rules, policies and procedures.
• Supervises client participation in activities and schedules.
• Communicates shift activity and client issues to staff and House Manager.
• Completes reporting for client records.
• Oversees housing cleanliness and safety.
• Provides support and information aligned with program goals.
• Assists House Manager with problem resolution and care improvements.
• Monitors self-administration of medications per policy.
