Recovery Works Healing Center in Dayton, OH is seeking a dependable Live-In Housing Manager to oversee a recovery housing program for adults and youths. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Operations.

The Housing Manager lives onsite, manages property operations, resident engagement, and supervision of non-licensed staff to maintain a safe, drug-free environment. Responsibilities include inspections, safety documentation, policy enforcement, daily resident check-ins, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
• CPR/First Aid training.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required for transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct housing site inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain safety documentation and records.
• Oversee resident orientation and housing rules.
• Provide daily resident check-ins and relapse monitoring.
• Supervise non-licensed housing staff and ensure standards.
