Job summary

Basecamp Recovery Center (Columbus, OH) seeks a Housing Coordinator to support recovery housing operations. You will work with clinicians and case managers to connect residents with housing resources and community supports, ensuring compliance and safety.

This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and collaborative problem-solving. Ideal candidates hold a CDCA or higher credential and have 2+ years in recovery housing, with a valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in recovery housing or similar structured environment.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
• Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Medicaid billing number.
• Hold a CDCA or higher credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of 12-step recovery programs or similar approaches.
• Actively participate in the recovery community.
• Apply experience working in recovery housing or similar structured environments.
• Utilize strong decision-making, judgment, and conflict resolution skills.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain professional boundaries with residents and staff.
• Collaborate as a team and provide leadership to staff members.
