Job summary

Basecamp Recovery Center (Columbus, OH) seeks a Housing Coordinator to support recovery housing operations. You will work with clinicians and case managers to connect residents with housing resources and community supports, ensuring compliance and safety.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recovery housing or similar structured environment.
Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and urine drug screen.
Ability to obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Medicaid billing number.
Hold a CDCA or higher credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate understanding of 12-step recovery programs or similar approaches.
Actively participate in the recovery community.
Apply experience working in recovery housing or similar structured environments.
Utilize strong decision-making, judgment, and conflict resolution skills.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Maintain professional boundaries with residents and staff.
Collaborate as a team and provide leadership to staff members.
