Job summary

The role spans housing and clinical duties with separate responsibilities, including daily check-ins, reports, and documentation to uphold program standards and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant experience in substance abuse recovery or supportive housing.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must pass BCI check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screen.
• Age 25 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing operations and ensure proper placement of residents.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to create a therapeutic environment.
• Oversee incident responses, daily check-ins and progress reviews for residents.
• Attend trainings and maintain accurate housing records and documentation.

Skills

Experience in substance abuse recovery

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work psychology counseling or related field (or equivalent)
