HBH Wellness in Baltimore, MD seeks a passionate Residential House Manager/Peer to oversee daily operations of a supportive living facility. You’ll provide peer mentorship and use lived experience to empower residents on their recovery journey.

You will coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to implement care plans, lead house meetings, and ensure safety, structure, and community engagement within a trauma-informed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Lived experience preferred in recovery or behavioral health.

• Oversee daily operations of a residential wellness facility, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
• Provide peer support and mentorship to residents using personal recovery experience.
• Enforce house rules, schedules, and community guidelines to maintain structure and accountability.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to support resident care plans and goals.
• Facilitate house meetings, group check-ins, and community-building activities.
• Monitor resident well-being and elevate concerns to appropriate staff as needed.
• Assist residents with connecting to community resources, services, and support networks.
