Zinnia Health is seeking a Chemical Dependency Professional/Therapist to manage a client caseload and deliver sound, evidence-based treatment. The role involves individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a clinical team.

You will develop and present treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with community resources while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Active state licensure in applicable credential(s).
• Minimum 1 year of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Familiar with 12 Step Recovery programs.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Develop treatment plans and document progress in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clinical team and community resources to support clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in emergency services as needed.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with regulations.
