Job summary

Zinnia Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support recovery in a substance abuse treatment facility. You will provide nursing care, medication management, and patient support while collaborating with the care team.

Responsibilities include health assessments, medication administration, patient education, and maintaining medical records. A strong clinical background, BLS/CPR/FA, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license issued from State.
• Valid BLS/ CPR/ First Aid certification.
• Previous experience in a substance abuse treatment facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction medicine and treatment protocols.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor the physical and mental well-being of clients.
• Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients on health promotion, prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the recovery process.
