Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a growing leader in addiction treatment services, with a mission to remove barriers to recovery and transform lives. As a Receptionist, you will create a safe, organized front-desk environment and support residents by coordinating visits and communications with staff.

You will handle cash and daily balancing, perform clerical duties, and manage appointments while maintaining security and professionalism.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting; experience in medical field a plus.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Must have exceptional computer skills

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients by in person or on the telephone and refer inquiries as needed.
• Cash collection and daily balancing.
• Handle all clerical functions including typing, filing, mail/correspondence flow, and electronic filing.
• Daily phone coverage functions.
• Maintain security by following procedures and monitoring logbook.
• Coordinate appointments for clients and staff.
• Communicate relevant information to supervisory staff regarding clients and the facility.
• Manage Accounts Receivable/Accounts payable/deposits.
• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
