Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Receptionist for a part-time role (Fridays and every other Saturday) to support a safe, therapeutic environment for residents. You will work with the Executive Director to establish routines and ensure smooth daily operations in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling inquiries, cash handling, clerical tasks, and coordinating appointments while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or verifiable work experience in lieu of education.
• 1-3 years’ experience in an office setting; medical field a plus.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in person or by phone, handling inquiries.
• Manage cash collection and daily balancing, and perform clerical tasks.
• Answer phones, coordinate appointments, and maintain organized files.
• Monitor reception area for safety and follow procedures for visitors.
• Handle accounts receivable/payable and deposits.
• Support supervision with communication about clients and facility.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities.
