Job summary

BrightView, LLC is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team. You will plan and conduct group therapy sessions, perform patient intake assessments, provide crisis de-escalation, and support treatment planning within a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities include documenting all treatment data in the electronic health record, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with onsite staff, and participating in required meetings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• CADC or CADC-I or equivalent state regulatory certification/licensure

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress
• Coordinate patient care with onsite multidisciplinary team
• Attend required on-site meetings
• Document treatment data into the electronic health record and ensure compliance
