Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure consistent with state requirements.
• Experience with group therapy and intake assessments.
• Strong documentation skills in electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and guidelines.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team and attend required meetings.
• Document all treatment data timely and accurately in the EHR; follow regulatory/compliance requirements.
