Job summary

Brightview Llc in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Counselor to support recovery efforts within our treatment team. You will plan and conduct group therapy, perform intake assessments, and apply crisis and de-escalation techniques.

The role requires at least a Bachelor’s degree and active clinical licensure. You will collaborate with an onsite multidisciplinary team, document treatment data, and participate in meetings; a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; state regulation compliant.
• Active clinical licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress towards goals.
• Coordinate patient care with onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements.
