Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum, licensure required per state regulations.
• 2 years of addiction counseling experience preferred.
• Active licensure consistent with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings including on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all treatment data in the electronic health record.
• Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements.
