Job summary

BrightView Health in Ohio seeks a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team, focusing on addiction therapy and compassionate, client-centered care within a dynamic clinical setting.

You will lead group therapy, support intake assessments, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary onsite team, documenting in the electronic health record and ensuring compliance across processes.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Preferred 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and review progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings and document treatment data in the EHR.
• Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements.
