Job summary

BrightView Health is seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our treatment team. You will conduct group therapy, participate in intake assessments, and provide crisis intervention while coordinating care with a multidisciplinary staff to support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and review progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings, including on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Document all treatment data timely and comprehensively in the electronic health record; ensure regulatory compliance.
