Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in guidance, counseling, or the social sciences and professional experience in human services or social services programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling.
• Conduct program-specific educational/didactic lectures.
• Provide case management services for clients.
• Conduct drug testing as required.
• Provide discharge/aftercare planning referrals for reintegration (employment, rehab, housing).
• Complete clinical assessments to determine course of action, plan treatment, and evaluate progress.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with clients outlining outcomes and strategies.
• Maintain clinical documentation from intake to discharge.
• Ensure confidentiality and clients' rights.
• Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team for program evaluation and case management.
