Job summary

Bridges of America in Florida's Santa Fe Bridge location is seeking a Counselor to join our clinical team. You will provide direct counseling, complete clinical documentation, and participate in Phase I–III groups per program manuals.

The role requires CAC and/or CAP preparation or experience in chemical addictions, a Bachelor's in Human Services, and willingness to work shifts and attend training.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills to guide groups and interact with clients.
• Experience with case management and documenting clinical information.
• Willingness to pursue CAC and/or CAP certification and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Phase I, II, and III groups per program manuals.
• Complete case management for each client as needed and maintain documentation.
• Attend staff meetings and scheduled Phase III clinicals; participate in training and supervision.
• Be available for emergency counseling sessions during shifts and work all shifts per contract.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and report safety or policy breaches.
