Job summary

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor treatment plans and ensure quality care.

The role emphasizes thorough documentation in the electronic health record, regulatory adherence, and active participation in required meetings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure (e.g. CSAC-S)
• Consistent with state-level regulation and requirements

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and review progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings (on-site staff and multidisciplinary teams).
• Timely and comprehensive documentation in the electronic health record.
• Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements.
