BrightView, LLC is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support individuals on the path to recovery. You will lead group therapy, conduct intake assessments, and apply crisis de-escalation techniques in a collaborative treatment setting.

Join a multidisciplinary team where compassionate care, adherence to regulatory standards, and ongoing professional development are valued. A relevant degree and state-license or entry-level certification are preferred to advance patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Active entry-level clinical certification or licensure per state requirements.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments.
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with treatment planning and monitor progress toward goals.
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team.
• Attend required meetings, including on-site staff and MDT meetings.
• Document data in the electronic health record and ensure compliance.
