Job summary

ELKB GROUP LLC seeks a Case Manager to deliver counseling and recovery services under supervision, including individual and group sessions, crisis intervention, and admissions/discharge support. You will work within an interdisciplinary team in a primary care setting, maintaining case records and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

The role requires CADAC Certification I/II, a Bachelor’s degree, and 3 years of addiction and mental health counseling experience, with CCAPP/CAADE/CADTP

Qualifications

• Certification as a CAADE, CADTP, or CCAPP is required
• Ability to create and maintain boundaries with clients and understand professional boundaries
• Experience documenting in electronic medical records and KIPU
• Group facilitation ability and strong communication with clients and staff
