Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a behavioral healthcare field strongly preferred.
• Experience with Substance Use Disorder, mental health, cognitive behavior treatment and motivational interviewing.
• Knowledge of using electronic health record software and documentation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google products.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care including individual, group, and family counseling.
• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments and participate in the treatment team.
• Coordinate services and advocate by communicating with UR department.
• Provide clinical services to outpatient and inpatient adult populations.
• Ensure documentation meets licensure, accreditation and AAC standards.
