Job summary

Catholic Charities in Richland, WA is seeking a Registration and Records Assistant to support the behavioral health department by entering and maintaining client information in the MIS. The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and teamwork to ensure smooth service openings, closures, and transfers.

Responsibilities include chart data entry, EMR reviews, DocuSign handling, and generating monthly reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of data entry experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides chart data entry and quality control support for the behavioral health department.
• Review electronic medical record data for completeness and accuracy.
• Data entry for openings, transfers, and periodic reviews.
• Complete 180-day and 90-day periodic reviews.
• Enter case staffings and upload DocuSign packets for intakes.
• Run monthly reports and support the Registration and Records team.
