Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master’s for some programs.
• Minimum two years of related, full-time experience.

Responsibilities

• Triages walk-ins/phone calls to determine needs and level of care and completes registrations.
• Maintains responsibility records and collects data on population served and engagement barriers.
• Monitors calls and the call log; manages BI reports and interfaces with front desk staff.
• Coordinates and collaborates with internal departments and community referrals to identify supports for accessing CIBH services.
• Completes data reports on program when asked by supervisor; performs related duties as assigned.
