Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication; ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Move physical records carefully; lift up to 50 lbs, stage boxes, and build pallets.
• Prepare hard-copy records for scanning; remove staples and repair sheets.
• Digitize records with production scanners and perform QC checks across imaging software.
• Maintain chain of custody by tracking inventory movement and batch data with RF scanners.
