Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Warehouse Records Clerk & Courier to link physical records processing with local logistics. You will digitize archives, index them accurately, and securely transport them within our Lee’s Summit facility network, using dedicated routes.

A collaborative team environment supports building skills in modern records management. The role requires attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with safety and security standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years clerical support or records processing experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Document scanning and digitization of physical documents.
• Enter file metadata and stage cartons per retention schedules.
• Warehouse material handling and loading/unloading of inventory.
• Operate a 26-foot box truck for local transport between facility points.
• Perform pre/post-trip safety checks and maintain driver logs.
