Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous Digitizing Records Specialist to join our Global Digital Solutions team. You will handle end-to-end conversion of physical assets into digital records, including high-capacity scanning, quality control, and precise reassembly of documents to preserve original order.

Ideal candidates bring strong attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and fluent English for safety and production standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume production, warehouse, or admin setting.
• Ability to quickly learn imaging software and scanning hardware.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reassemble document sequences after scanning.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform light physical tasks.
• English reading/writing proficiency for safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-capacity digital conversion by preparing, sorting, and scanning files.
• Collaborate with production to index documents and ensure data quality.
• Maintain logs and compliance to safety and organization standards.
