You will work with a collaborative team, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and strict chain-of-custody procedures to protect sensitive information. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, PC/scan workstation proficiency, and strong written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of operating standard PCs, scanning workstations, and related production hardware.
• Proven ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical records movement: Safely lift and stage boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, transport materials to Imaging Specialists, and build pallets for outbound distribution.
• Prepare hard-copy records: Complete thorough document preparation by removing staples, repairing sheets, and sorting materials for high-volume scanning.
• Digitize and verify files: Convert physical records into electronic formats using production scanners and complete multi-point quality control checks across imaging software.
• Maintain chain of custody: Track inventory movement and batch data using RF scanners while upholding strict security standards and production procedures.
