Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our Operations team in St. Louis, MO. You will safeguard client records as they move through staging and transition into secure digital formats, working with a collaborative facility team to ensure safety, accuracy, and a strong chain of custody.

Your daily duties include moving physical records, preparing hard-copy materials, digitizing files, and maintaining strict security procedures to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to adhere to safety protocols and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical records movement: Safely lift and stage boxes weighing up to 50 lbs, transport materials to Imaging Specialists, and build pallets for outbound distribution.
• Prepare hard-copy records: Complete thorough document preparation by removing staples, repairing sheets, and sorting materials for high-volume scanning.
• Digitize and verify files: Convert physical records into electronic formats using production scanners and complete multi-point quality control checks across imaging software.
• Maintain chain of custody: Track inventory movement and batch data using RF scanners while upholding strict security standards and production procedures.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong knowledge of operating standard PCs, scanning workstations, and related production hardware.
• Proven ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain high accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Salary details: Starting at $22.28/hr - paid biweekly.
• Eligible for SCA Pay of up to an additional $5.09/hr (if benefits are declined).
• Shifts: A set schedule Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (OT may be required).
• Location: 1 Archive Drive, St. Louis, MO
• 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays + Sick Pay .
