FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the DEA's mission. The role involves reviewing data from multiple sources, ensuring completeness, and entering information into databases.

You will manage case files, track status to meet deadlines, and prepare reports with accurate formatting. Requirements include an undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus two years in asset forfeiture or related law enforcement field.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or High School Diploma/GED with two years' experience.
• Two years' experience in asset forfeiture or a field related to law enforcement (including legal and military experience).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to review, interpret, and extract data from documents.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates data from multiple sources.
• Confirms completeness of data and resolves inconsistencies.
• Enter data into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Create case/project files and manage case data systems.
• Track case file status to meet deadlines and handle information requests.
• Prepare documents, reports, and replies; ensure accuracy and proper format.
