Job summary

State of Oklahoma is seeking a Records Clerk in Cleveland for full-time work. Primary duties include data entry, maintaining and updating felony and misdemeanor records, and producing legal documents such as motions, petitions, and summons.

Qualifications

  • Data entry.
  • Maintain and update records of felony and misdemeanor files.
  • Produce and file various legal documents such as motions, petitions and summons.
  • Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.
  • Comply with attorney requests.
  • Retrieve documents as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings by keeping multiple agendas.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties as necessary.
  • Scanning documents.
  • Light Mail Duties.
  • Answer telephones - take messages and re-direct calls when appropriate.

CLOSING: Until Filled

SALARY: $32,000 to $34,000

BENEFITS: Full State of Oklahoma benefits including generous monthly allowance for health coverage, paid sick and vacation leave earned monthly. Paid holidays.
