Job summary

The Oklahoma District Attorneys Council seeks a Records Clerk to maintain felony and misdemeanor file records, perform data entry, and support attorneys. You will handle confidential materials, file motions and summons, and assist with meetings and communications.

  • Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Facilitate meetings and manage agendas; handle confidential material with discretion.
  • Perform scanning, light mail duties, and answer telephones as needed.
