iMold Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Coordinator in Fort Myers, FL. You will keep reconstruction projects organized and moving, ensuring customers regain their homes smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in project coordination, construction administration, or related fields, with CRM and project management proficiency. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or construction administration preferred.
• Familiarity with building permits and municipal inspection processes.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and project management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for reconstruction customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist the Rebuild Manager and Estimator/PM with day-to-day operations.
• Track permit applications, inspections, and status updates with municipalities.
