SERVPRO of NW Charlotte is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews from start to finish. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with insurance adjusters to ensure client satisfaction and efficient project delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in restoration with budgeting and Xactimate experience, plus 2+ years in leadership. A valid driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in restoration, budgeting, Xactimate supplements, subcontractor onboarding, scope of work creation, and ability to secure work authorizations.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
• Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
• Strong work ethic, customer-service mindset, and team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Manage customer experience and provide priority response to potential customers.
• Create scopes of work and project estimates using Xactimate/Verisk.
• Create budgets from approved estimates with acceptable profit margins.
• Coordinate work with insurance adjusters and audit insurance estimates.
• Negotiate project scope, estimates, and change orders with customers.
• Schedule and oversee crews, including subcontractors.
• Maintain client communications and ensure proper billing processes.
• Manage production expenses and onboard subcontractors quickly.
