The IICRC is seeking an organized Construction Coordinator to support our reconstruction team in Richland Hills, TX. This role helps keep projects moving by maintaining documentation and assisting project managers with rebuilds after water, fire, and other property damage.

The ideal candidate brings experience in construction coordination or restoration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at different stages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with coordinating needs from start to completion.

• Help identify scheduling conflicts or project delays early so they can be addressed.
• Track change orders and ensure they are properly documented.
• Assist with project updates for insurance adjusters and internal reporting.

• Provide scheduling updates and progress communication to customers/adjusters
• Experience in construction coordination, construction administration, or restoration project support preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Xactimate knowledge a plus
