ServiceMaster Restore in Richland Hills, TX is seeking an organized Construction Coordinator to support our reconstruction team. This role keeps projects moving by maintaining documentation and assisting project managers with rebuild efforts after water, fire, and other property damage.

• Support Project Managers with coordinating needs from start to completion
• Maintain project timelines and help ensure milestones are met
• Assist with managing job files, project documentation, and tracking systems
• Help identify scheduling conflicts or project delays early so they can be addressed
• Track change orders and ensure they are properly documented
• Assist with project updates for insurance adjusters and internal reporting
