Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Site Director to provide strategic leadership for one or more Remarketing/Reconditioning Centers in the US. This role directs vehicle intake, reconditioning, inspections, detailing, logistics, and workforce management, translating corporate strategy into site execution.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in automotive, logistics, or manufacturing, with a proven ability to scale operations, lead diverse teams, and manage P&L.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Experience in automotive, logistics, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Proven track record leading high-volume multi-department operations with P&L or budget ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead site strategic vision across vehicle intake, reconditioning, detailing, logistics, and quality assurance.
• Ensure cost control and P&L accountability for the site(s).
• Set capacity planning, throughput targets, and long-range workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial sales to align operations with customer priorities.
• Provide leadership across departments and oversee Site Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Represent site in executive reviews with performance results and risks.
