Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands is seeking a Reconditioning Center Technician to overhaul, rebuild, and restore pre-owned vehicles to market-ready condition at our on-site facilities. You will inspect cosmetic needs, perform glass repairs, and verify work with leadership, while maintaining logs and safety standards that reflect DriveTime’s commitment to quality.

The role requires 18+ and a high school diploma or GED, with automotive repair experience and the ability to troubleshoot.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; automotive tech certificate or 2+ years repair exp.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in automotive repairs and able to troubleshoot basic concerns.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul, rebuild, and renovate vehicles to presentable condition.
• Inspect and identify cosmetic repairs using DriveTime standards and tools.
• Complete glass repairs and review work with supervisor.
• Maintain daily performance logs and review with the Reconditioning Center GM.
• Achieve throughput, efficiency and quality goals.
• Maintain workstation cleanliness and safety following DriveTime standards.
