DriveTime is seeking a Reconditioning Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Reconditioning Center, ensuring quality standards and timely processing of vehicles from auction to retail. You will manage expenses, optimize workflows, and drive performance across the team to support nationwide dealership needs.

• Experience managing 15+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the Reconditioning Center to meet quality and output goals.
• Manage center expenses, efficiency, and productivity to hit bottom-line targets.
• Collaborate with regional management and buyer teams to set supply chain goals.
• Recruit, screen, and hire Reconditioning Center staff; reduce turnover.
• Lead regular staff meetings and ensure effective training and development.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback based on observations and metrics.
