Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Supervisory Manager to oversee daily operations within our Inspection Center. You will lead a team of leads and front-line associates, ensuring high quality, on-time reconditioning while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role emphasizes lean manufacturing principles, team development, and meeting production and cost objectives in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Proven ability to meet project deliverables and metrics.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
• Mentor and manage direct reports; support succession planning.
• Contribute to strategic plans and align with company goals.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts.
• Maintain production capacity and assist with planning.
• Ensure health, safety, and loss prevention guidelines compliance.
