This position is a temporary part-time role, with a maximum of 1500 hours per year (from May 1 to April 30).

It is eligible for telework.

Position Summary
  • Perform reconciliations for benefit programs, including resolving discrepancies.
  • Document reconciliation processes, examples, and create job aids.
  • Recommend process improvements, including working with IT on tool modifications.
  • This position can be performed remotely.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and its functions.
  • Ability to independently research, analyze, reconcile, and evaluate data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in accurate data collection and entry.
Preferred:
  • Experience with university systems such as Banner, VRS, and Cardinal.
  • Knowledge of state policies, procedures, and benefit programs.
