We currently have an exciting opportunity for a HR Operations Advisor 2. This is a fully remote position, preferably for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone. It begins as a 3-month contract with potential extension.

An HR Operations Advisor 2 (also known as Talent Operations Coordinator) acts as a vendor and centralized contact point between the business team and recruiting, managing operational tasks to ensure a smooth hiring process. The role involves creating requisitions within various business groups and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain all hiring requisition data.
  • Serve as POC for net-new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes.
  • Work with recruiting systems and cross-functionally with managers and recruiters to create requisitions.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and engage appropriate contacts.
  • Partner with business managers, admins, and hiring managers.
  • Track and report on all open and in-process hires.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of customer service-related experience.
  • 3-4 years in a fast-paced environment in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to handle high-volume requests efficiently.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive issue escalation skills.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making in complex situations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
Pay Range
  • $23.79 - $28.79 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Rates are subject to change.
