Multifamily Property Management

The Recruiting Coordinator, under the guidance of the HR MGR-Recruiting & Onboarding, will perform administrative support functions for the Recruitment & Staffing Team, requiring strong analytical and independent judgment skills. The role also includes providing coverage for the administrative team when necessary.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruiting Operations Support
  • Manage the general FPI Careers email inbox
  • Create New Opportunity Requests in UKG Recruiting
  • Generate reports and queries, including recruiting metrics and audit reports, using spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Process Employee Referral Bonuses and Sign-On Bonuses, updating the Bonus Tracking Sheet
  • Maintain ATS tables, libraries, templates, and document system processes
  • Participate in system upgrades or patches testing and implementation
  1. Pre-Employment Screening Process
  • Launch Background Reports in UKG, order drug screenings and OSHA exams, verify WA Driver's License
  • Track and communicate the progress of background checks
  • Hire candidates in UKG, process onboarding documents and housing allowances
  1. Complete Electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify Processes
  • Complete I-9 for new hires within three days
  • Monitor E-Verify dashboard and address issues promptly
  1. Administrative Support
  • Record keeping, file maintenance, data entry
  • Assist with special projects and process improvements
  • Respond to employee and vendor inquiries professionally and promptly
  1. Other Duties
  • Perform related duties as assigned
  • Enforce employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain professional conduct and adhere to training requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years' experience in a high-volume HR/Recruiting support role
  • Knowledge of employment laws, USCIS regulations, FCRA, HIPAA, OSHA
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, HRIS/ATS systems (preferably UKG/UltiPro)
  • High School diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and a good driving record (if required)
  • Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to work from home with dedicated workspace
