You will handle interviews, verify documents, compute income, and ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC and Section 8 guidelines while maintaining excellent resident relations and accurate recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct resident certification interviews.
• Review resident information for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate income, assets and expenses for recertifications.
