Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of affordable housing experience with recertification duties.
• Illinois Real Estate Leasing Agent License required within 120 days.
• HUD/LIHTC knowledge strongly preferred.
• Bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage resident certifications and recertifications from initiation through completion.
• Notify residents at 120/90/60 days and collect forms.
• Enter certification data into OneSite and maintain files per policy.
• Prepare reports on certification status, waiting lists, rents, and deposits.
• Support and participate in external audits and MORs.
• Coordinate with site staff and assist with leasing/admin tasks as needed.
